Diane L. Graves

Diane Louise (Steiner) Graves, 66, of Maquoketa passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 2, 2016 at Lahey Funeral Home in Maquoketa, where a visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Maquoketa.

Diane was born on May 17, 1950 to Richard Raymond and Shirley Mae Steiner.

She married Robert “Bobby” Graves on August 6, 1970. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and garage sales, and she dearly loved her pets, they were her children.

Those left to cherish her memories are her sisters; Jeannie (Marvin) Greiner of Keota, Patricia Wirth of Marion, Donna (Tim) Mehaffy of Marion, Rebecca (Matthew) Dirks of Maquoketa, brothers; Ronald Steiner of Monticello, Randall (Brenda) Steiner of Monticello, sister-in-law, Darlene Coon of Maquoketa, many nieces and nephews and a special friend Karen Eilers.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
