Kenneth O. Lasack

Kenneth Otto Lasack,70, of Oxford Junction passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at his home.

Per his wishes, Ken has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Lahey & Dawson Funeral Service of Oxford Junction is assisting the family.

The son of Otto and Janice (Wosoba) Lasack, Ken was born May 22, 1947. In 1965 he graduated from Oxford Junction High School.  He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oxford Junction. He enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, reading and playing cards with his friends. Kenneth lived his entire life in the Oxford Junction area.

He is survived by two sisters; Jeanine (John) Schwab of Durand, IL and Myrna (Mike) Wernimont of Sioux Rapids, IA a sister-in-law Marsha Lasack of Lisbon, IA, nine nieces and nephews ,many great nieces and nephews and long time friends Ferdinand “Ferdy” Burda and Lynn Lasack.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Mark and Joseph and a great nephew Gavyn Webb.

The family of Ken would like to extend a special thank you to Above & Beyond Hospice for taking such great care of Ken this past year.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to his family in his honor.
