Terry Lee Putnam was born May 12, 1960 in Maquoketa, Iowa,
to Jane (Wern) and Nevelin Putnam. He graduated from Southwestern High School
in Pennsylvania. He married Judy Bicknese on June 22, 2007, in Maquoketa, Iowa.
He served in the US Navy on the USS Butte.
He worked in construction for G. L. Stockham in Maquoketa and
Municipal Street Improvements in Wyoming.

Terry is survived by his wife, Judy Putnam of Maquoketa;
one son, Shane (Megan) Putnam of Glen Burnie, Maryland;
one grandson, Terry Lee Putnam III;
step children, Billy Carpenter and Cree Carpenter of Lost Nation;
his mother, Jane Cofiell of Wyoming;
step father, George Baublitz of Taneytown, MD;
3 sisters, Monica (Jim) Kiminas of Lake Worth, Florida,
Tamera (Mike) Ayres of Woodensburg, Maryland,
and Pamela Baublitz of Reisterstown, MD; &
2 brothers, Randy Putnam of Onslow and George (Shondra) Baublitz of Superior, CO.
He was preceded in death by one son, Terry Lee Putnam II on June 20, 2000.
