I am so sorry to hear of your sweet mother's/ grandmother's passing, yet I know that she is with Jesus. I used to babysit for you guys as kids. One night your mom came rushing up to our house in Delmar to help my mom control one of my many nosebleeds. She seemed to always be available and generous to anyone who asked. I will always have a fond memory of her.

So sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother Luella! What a PERFECT picture of her. I always remember her pretty smile! She was one of a kind and a very kind lady! I remember when I ran into your mom and dad at HyVee and she knew me by name! Asked how my parents were and was a great pleasure seeing a fine sweet woman. She will be missed, but she is at peace now and with your dad and with her sisters and brothers! Delmar has lost so many GREAT & WONDERFUL people who made the city of Delmar! it's just not the same anymore! No more sweet people there anymore like there was! My Mom has move to Dubuque now and is closer to me! She sends her deepest sympathy as well!
