We are saddened to hear about Pat passing away. We are in Florida so unable to attend services. Pat was a special person. He was always so friendly and kind. We have so many fond memories of Pat in Delmar through the years. Our sympathy especially to Patty Kay and Linda for their devotion to Pat.

I want to send my sympathy to all of Pat's family. He was such a kind and sweet man and I know Delmar and everyone who knew him will miss him dearly. I had the opportunity to get to know Pat when I was the city clerk in Delmar and it was so great to get to know him. He was one of a kind. Rest in Peace dear Pat.

There is a tear in my eye and an ache in my heart knowing I will never see my wonderful. relative again. I was so blest to have found him and the rest of my relatives. They all brought me so much happiness and I will always remember the times we spent together. Patrick was very special to me and I know he will rest in peace. God bless all of you.

My deepest sympathies to the family.
My Father described Pat as a real gentleman and he was right. When I was a boy we bought our farm on the north side of Deep Creek from the Cavanagh family. When my Brother Bud died in 2002, Pat was at the post-burial luncheon in Grossman Hall. He was reluctant but I persuaded him that Bud would love to hear the Auctioneer Song one more time. He was gracious enough to sing it. He never sang it better than that day. God bless you, Pat.

Our sincere sympathy to Pat's entire family and especially to Luella. Pat always had time to visit, share a story and extend a helping hand. I remember attending many an auction that he and Paul Burnett conducted and often times it was absolute comedy. The Clinton, Jackson County area is a better place because of Pat. Again, our sympathy.
God Bless You.

My deepest sympathy to Pat's family. Pat was my mail man, one of the very best, also, one of the auctioneers at my farm sale. He will be dearly missed by many people. RIP Pat.
