Shelly L. Avery

Shelly Boster Avery,52, of Clinton Iowa passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017 from a lifelong disease at Mercy Living Center in South Clinton.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. for her on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the Lost Nation Cemetery in Lost Nation, Iowa. Lahey Funeral Home is assisting the family at this time.
Shelly Lynn Boster was born on June 6, 1964 to Raymond and Patricia Boster. She attended Mason City schools until January of 1974 at which time the family moved to Lost Nation. Shelly attended DeWitt schools and graduated from DeWitt High School in 1983. She married briefly and had three children; Kolby, Samuel, and Alia.
She is survived by her Mother Pat Boster, three children; Kolby Avery of Des Moines, Samuel Avery of Des Moines, and Alia Avery of Lost Nation, special friend Ron Kitchen and best friend Jane Lund.
She is preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
Memorials may be left to the family in her honor.
