Marlyn L. Willey

Marlyn Willey, 87, of Spragueville passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Alverno Nursing Home in Clinton.

A private family service will be held and burial will take place at the Massillion Cemetery. Dawson Funeral Services is caring for his family.

Marlyn was born on July 7, 1934 to Grover and Alta (Creger) Willey at home outside of Massillon. On June 5 1954 in Oxford Junction he was united in marriage to Dorothy Pegorick. Marlyn enjoyed playing softball in his younger years, hunting, fishing, playing cards, and socializing with his friends and family.

Those left to cherish his memories are his three children: Brad (Annette) Willey of Platteville, WI, Todd Willey of DeWitt, Trent (Monica) Willey of Preston, seven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, a daughter-in-law Laurie, a brother Grover Willey and two sisters; Myrtle (Willey) Ihns and Alice (Willey) Schroeder
