Sandra Claussen Obituary

Sandra G. Claussen, 70, of Oxford Junction formerly of Cabool, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at her home.

Sandra has graciously donated her body to science. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Sandra Gail was born on August 1, 1950 in Cabool, Missouri to Luther and Eva (Smith) Mullins. She graduated from West High School in Davenport. She was a member of the Poetry Club and Freewill Trinity Baptist Church. Sandra enjoyed attending state fairs, browsing secondhand stores and working on her family genealogy. She had a talent for cross stitching, painting and quilting. She loved all her animals over the years especially her dogs Baby and Yetti.

Those left to cherish her memories are her mother Eva Mullins, her companion for over 20 years Michael Snyder, four children: Jeannie, Sheri Blankenship, Sheila Kroeger, Cassandra Snyder, nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three sisters Eva Ross, Gloria Henry and Reene Roelandt and a beloved niece Jessica Barnhart-Clark (Angie).

She is preceded in death by her father and her husband Johnny Claussen.
